Installing an SSL Certificate error message

Hello all ,

I recently try to install ssl certificate but i got this strange error .

 

Symptoms

1. When i try to activate SSL certificate in plesk Windows i get this error massage

2. When i try to activate this certificate to specific IP address in PLESK windows i get this massage

Unable to update certificate in Web Server: websrvmng failed: A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070520) In Microsoft.Web.Administration module Exception type: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException at Microsoft.Web.Administration.Interop.IAppHostMethodInstance.Execute() at Microsoft.Web.Administration.Binding.AddSslCertificate(Byte[] certificateHash, String certificateStoreName) at Microsoft.Web.Administration.BindingManager.BindingTransaction.Commit() at Microsoft.Web.Administration.BindingManager.Save() at Microsoft.Web.Administration.ServerManager.CommitChanges() at ServerManagerFactory.commit() at IIS7ServerManager.commit(IIS7ServerManager* )

Cause

Wrong CA bundle for the SSL certificate .

Resolution

Get valid CA certificate to the SSL installation .

Recommended to remove problematic installation of the certificate and reinstall the certificate with valid CA in PLESK .
